I'm not confident that all the malware have been removed from my computer. My computer is now running at a speed that's close to normal. scanned once with Spybot S&D - no items found. scanned once with Ad-Aware - found - I performed the recommended action and quarantined the item. I did a quick search on the Pdfka item and have updated Adobe Reader. two virus scans with avast! using the thorough setting - found JS dfka-JR and moved it to the Virus Chest. scanned twice with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - no malicious files found. I'm unsure if this will help, but the name of the game emulator that I downloaded was WinDS Pro. However, my computer has been running noticeably slower since I got the emulator. I recently downloaded a game emulator (which I'm now keen to get rid of) and it seemed to work fine.
